1. Order Processing

Orders are usually prepared and dispatched within 1–3 working days after payment confirmation.
During festive seasons, sales, or special promotions, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Delivery Timelines & Charges

Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 7–12 business days across India.
Express Shipping: Faster delivery options may be available at checkout with an additional fee.
Shipping costs depend on your location, order weight, and delivery method and will be displayed before payment.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control (weather, courier delays, etc.).

3. International Shipping

We also accept select international orders. Customers outside India are requested to contact us for specific timelines, charges, and availability.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your parcel is dispatched, you’ll receive an email or SMS with a tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update.

5. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct delivery address at the time of purchase. Orders delivered to the wrong or incomplete address provided during checkout will not be eligible for refund. Reshipping (if possible) may require an additional fee.

6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If the courier confirms delivery, Mehendi Lekh is not liable for lost or stolen parcels.
In case your package appears delayed or missing, please contact our support team—we will coordinate with the courier service to help resolve the issue.
